Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in PRPC/Pega  

Enterprise Application Design/Development/Implementation using Pega 

 

Strong communication and presentation skills of demonstrating the Pega Technology to Business use cases 

Ability to participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases 

Must have the hands-on experience of the Pega class structure design and implement the scalable class structure 

Designing the Reusable technical components and guide the team to implement the same with best practices using Pega 

Ample implementation experience of Pega properties, types and relevance  

Demonstrable experience of Pega components like Tracer, Clipboard, PDC, PAL, Pega Log analyzer and SPLUNK 

Hands-on experience of Pega UX/UI designing and implementation 

Good understating of PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, OOTB activities 

Good Hands-On experience of migrating the Pega DATA migration across Environments 

Have at least a moderate hands-on experience on Pega Environment setup 

Good Hands-On Experience on SOAP and REST integration between Pega and Non-Pega Applications.

Role definition</Job Overview>

· Research and evaluate current and upcoming technologies and frameworks.

· Plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with agreed standards, processes and best practices.

· Create high quality design and other technical artifacts including but not limited to detailed test strategy/test design, performance benchmarking, release rollout and deployment plans, contingency/back-out plans, feasibility study, cost and time analysis and detailed estimates.

· Perform system maintenance, production incident problem management, identification of root cause, remediation of the problems and on-call pager support schedule.

· Participate in POCs (Proof of Concept) and help the Department with selection of Vendor Solutions, Technologies, Methodologies and Frameworks.

· Perform Quality Inspections and Walkthroughs throughout the SDLC including Requirements Review, Design Review, Code Review and Security Review to ensure compliance with defined standards.

  • Worked primarily on Design and development of multiple Website that are customer heavy
  • Performance optimization of Site Speed across
  • Exposure to work directly with Customers on Front End Design
  • Be a Mentor for the Team
  • Document Standards and procedures and implement in team
  • Collect Metrics on defects and triage Defects with the team

Technical/Functional competency

  • IT software development, digital solutions, digital transformation background is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of technology, software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom software for customers using agile principles
