Role definition</Job Overview>
  • Should be an individual developer as well as handling the team. Expertise in below mentioned domain.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant React/Redux experience desired
  • Proficient understanding of Redux Architecture, Redux Middlewares 
  • NodeJs (Strong Experience – approx. 3-4 years )
  • Express JS ( Should have strong experience in Node/Express based REST API development
  • Minimum 5-6 years experience in JavaScript
  • Good understanding of Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) – ES6, ES7, ES8
  • HTML5 (Minimum 5-6 years
  • CSS3 (Minimum 5-6 years)
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS per-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
  • Experience in responsive UI design, Knowledge of UI design patterns and best practices
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT
  • Proficient understanding of JavaScript test frameworks like JEST, Mocha, Jasmine
  • Proficient understanding of WEBPACK (and Others like Grunt, Gulp) module bundler
  • Good knowledge of working with API Integration, and Restful Services
  • Should possess at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Single Page Applications, data backed  (REST) front-end web applications

  • Achieve top line and bottom line targets for the account/portfolio
  • Detailed account plan and achieving on the same on a quarter on quarter basis
  • Formal engagement plan for liaising with key senior customer stakeholders, and facilitating Altimetrik leadership connects with client executives via a multi-tier approach
  • Lead and influence an engaged and effective workforce and that is fully integrated with Altimetrik vision, values and purpose
